Night of SHE.

Hosted at Prospect within Hotel Jerome as part of Epicurean Passport, the evening brought together four extraordinary chefs—Daisy Ryan, Melissa Perello, Suzanne Tracht, and Sofia Cortina, for a collaborative dining experience rooted in creativity, storytelling, and craft.

Inspired by the chefs and the ingredients that define their work, the design paired soft, feminine tones with vibrant fruits, vegetables, and florals layered throughout the tablescape. Rich textures, luminous candlelight, and thoughtful details created a setting that felt both elegant and deeply connected to the menu itself.

Thoughtfully paired wines and spirits from women-led producers further elevated the experience, celebrating the talent, vision, and influence of women across food, wine, and hospitality.
